Your biometric data is never stored on Sona100 servers — it stays exclusively in your phone's secure chip. OTP codes are unique to each login and valid for only 3 minutes. QR codes expire automatically after a single use.
Sona100 logs every login — recording the device, time, and location. If a login occurs from an unfamiliar location, you'll receive an instant alert notification on your phone.
Warning: Sona100 will never call you or send an SMS asking for your password or OTP. If anyone does, it's a scam.

First, log in to Sona100 the usual way using your mobile number and password.
Tap the profile icon, then go to "Security Settings" → "Fast Login".
Biometric, OTP, or QR — enable whichever method you prefer. You can even use multiple at the same time.
Verify once with your chosen method. Once successful, fast login will be activated automatically.
From now on, Quick Login will be the default every time you open the app. You can switch back to password login at any time.

After installing the Sona100 app, you'll be prompted to set up fast login the first time you log in. Most Android phones have a fingerprint sensor, so setup takes just 30 seconds.
For users without a fingerprint sensor — or whose sensor isn't working — OTP login is a great alternative. Enter your mobile number and an SMS arrives within 30 seconds; just enter the code and you're in. Since a new code is generated for every login, no one can access your account using an old one.
For Sona100 users on PC, QR Code Login is the smartest option. When the QR appears in your browser, scan it with the mobile app — you'll receive a notification, and tapping "Approve" logs you in on the PC instantly. Use this method on public computers to avoid typing your password.
A Sona100 Quick Login session stays active for up to 30 days. However, if you change your phone or uninstall the app, you'll need to set it up again. You can have Quick Login active on up to 3 devices under the same account at once.
Security tip: Check your login history regularly. Go to Settings → Security → "Active Sessions" to see which devices are currently logged in. If you spot any unfamiliar device, remove it immediately.
